Nomination committee
 

At the annual general meeting of 6 May 2010 the new members of its nomination committee were elected. Pursuant to article 7 of the articles of association, the committee can comprise two-five members, and the general meeting elects the chair from among these.

Frode Haugli – chair

Frode Haugli (born 1960) has an MBM from the Oslo Business School (HA), with supplementary studies at Henley Management College and the annual Solstrand programme organised by the Institute for Administrative Research (AFF). He was group president and CEO for Software Innovation AS in 2006-2010, and has previously held a number of leading posts at Hewlett-Packard, including president for HP Norge. Haugli also spent three years with HP’s EMEA management team, with responsibility for all the company’s north European operations – covering the Nordic area, Benelux and the Baltic states.

Per Erik Strømsø

Per Erik Strømsø (born 1954) has an MSc in engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH), and 26 years of experience as an employee and partner in Andersen Consulting, later Accenture. Strømsø has broad experience of managing major IT projects in the Nordic market. Until he left Accenture in 2005, he was head of its commitment to outsourcing in the Nordic region. He currently holds various directorship in combination with his own investment business.
